Shipping & Returns
If you have the area for a sauna, we can ship you one. However please understand, our saunas are quite a big item to ship, and therefore can be costly, in particular to remote areas.
If items are in stock, shipping usually takes 7 – 14 business days. We always do our best to ensure your orders arrives as soon as possible so you can enjoy the benefits of your iHealth Sauna as soon as possible.
With our lite saunas, you can pick up from our nearest depot to you or you can have the sauna dropped off at your house (if in metro area).
With all other saunas, you can pick it up from the nearest depot, have the sauna dropped (metro area), or have the sauna installed (not in remote areas).
We have done our best to provide you with accurate shipping costs for all locations, however for regional areas prices may vary based on your location. Please call if you are unsure or would like an accurate quote.
We don’t offer returns on our saunas. If you’re not happy with our product for some reason, then we haven’t done our job in helping you understand why we are Australia’s Premium Far Infrared Sauna company.
We want you to purchase an iHealth Sauna with the intent to use it regularly to achieve your health and lifestyle goals. If you are not happy with our saunas, we want to work with you to overcome your issues so you can enjoy your sauna.
If in the unlikely case your sauna arrives damaged, we will come and fix this for you at no charge. This does not cover mishandling during installation.
