There isn’t any set rule when it comes to how many infrared saunas per week you should have, however many of our clients see great results with 3+ saunas per week. What is most important is that you do what is comfortable for you.
It is safe to use an infrared sauna everyday if you wish and this is a great way to fast track results, especially when it comes to weight loss.
